Overview
See how your assistant is doing at a glance, and build your own live views by asking a question.
Overview is the first page you see for a company. It shows a built-in dashboard of your assistant's activity. You can also ask a question in plain words, get a new view that answers it, and save that view for yourself or your team. Every view runs on live data each time you open it.
What you see
- View bar at the top. The first chip is Overview, the built-in view. Your saved views follow. Pinned views show a star and come first. Views shared with the team carry a team badge.
- Range picker in the top right: 24h, 7d or 30d. The default is 7 days.
- The view itself: a row of numbers at the top, then charts and tables below.
- Ask bar fixed at the bottom of the page, with a few suggested questions under it.
The built-in Overview shows:
- Conversations, Tool calls and Errors.
- Questions answered, for companies without the commerce capability.
- Searches and Checkouts, for companies with the commerce capability.
- Activity over time, Top tools and Conversations by channel.
- For commerce companies, also a funnel that shows where customers drop off on the way to checkout, and Top searches.
How to ask for a new view
- Type a question in the ask bar, for example "Which tools are slowest?". You can also click one of the suggested questions.
- Click Ask. The button shows Thinking… while the view is built.
- The new view appears with a preview chip in the view bar and a banner that says it is live data, not saved yet.
- Click Save as view to keep it, or Discard to drop it.
If the question can't be turned into a view, an error appears above the ask bar. Try rephrasing the question.
How to save a view
- In the preview banner, click Save as view.
- Enter a Name. It starts with the title the view was given.
- Choose Private (only you see it) or Shared with team (everyone in your organization sees it).
- Click Save. The view opens and appears in the view bar.
How to manage a saved view
- Click the view's chip in the view bar.
- Under the view bar you see the question it was built from, and these actions:
- Pin or Unpin: moves the view to the front of the view bar.
- Share with team or Make private: changes who can see it.
- Rename: gives it a new name.
- Delete: removes it after you confirm.
You can pin any view you can see. Only the person who created a view sees Share with team, Make private, Rename and Delete.
Good to know
- Views are never stored as numbers. Each one re-runs on live data when you open it.
- The range picker applies to saved views too, so you can look at a saved view over a different period.
- Pinning is shared. If you pin a team view, it moves to the front for everyone who can see it.
