What Channelized is, and where to start.
Channelized runs an AI assistant for your company's customers. Your team sets it up in the console: what it knows, how it sounds, what it can do for a customer, and how it looks. Customers then reach it in two ways:
- On your website, through a chat drawer you add with one script tag.
- In the AI assistants they already use, such as ChatGPT and Claude, over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Every conversation shows up in the console, so your team can see what customers ask and how the assistant answers.

Regions
Each company lives in one region, Europe or the United States, and its data stays there. The region is in every address you use:
