Live sessions

Watch conversations with your assistant as they happen, and replay each one in full.

Live sessions shows who is talking to your assistant right now and what happened in each conversation. The page refreshes on its own, so new conversations and turns appear without reloading.

What you see

  • Refresh switch in the top left. It reads Live · refreshing every 5s while the page updates itself.
  • Range picker in the top right: 24h, 7d or 30d. The default is 24 hours. It sets which conversations the table lists.
  • Four numbers across the top:
    • Active now: conversations with an event in the last 5 minutes.
    • Conversations today.
    • Tool calls (24h).
    • Error rate (24h), with the number of calls it is based on.
  • Conversation table with up to 50 conversations. Columns: Goal, Customer, Channel, Turns, Duration, Outcome and Last event. A lit dot next to the goal means the conversation is active now.

The Outcome column shows how far a conversation went: Engaged, In progress or Completed.

How to open a conversation

  1. Click the conversation's goal in the table.
  2. A drawer opens on the side. The header shows the goal, the outcome, the channel, the customer (if known), the number of turns, the duration and any errors.
  3. Below the header is the timeline, oldest first. Each step shows:
    • What the customer said, marked customer.
    • The tool the assistant used, with details and how long it took.
    • The assistant's reply.
  4. Close the drawer to return to the table.

How to replay a flow run

Some timeline entries are flow runs. They are highlighted and show the flow's name.

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Find a flow run in the timeline. It lists each step the flow took, in order, with its timing. Steps that failed are shown in red. If the run returned items to the customer, they appear as small cards below the steps.
  3. Click View on canvas → to open that run on the Flows page.

How to pause the refresh

  1. Click Live · refreshing every 5s.
  2. The switch now says the page is paused, and the page stops updating.
  3. Click it again to resume.

Pausing is useful when you want to read a conversation without the list moving.

Good to know

  • If there are no conversations yet, the page says so. Chat with your assistant on the Playground page and the conversation appears here.
  • The four numbers at the top always cover today or the last 24 hours. The range picker only changes the table.
